At Quanta-Minds, we believe that Artificial Intelligence should be an engine for efficiency, not a leak for intellectual property.
We are based in Asheville, NC, and operate under strict US data privacy standards. We differentiate ourselves from other agencies by adhering to a "Zero-Training" Policy.
Here is our binding commitment to every client:
1. The Zero-Training Guarantee
We strictly configure all LLM (Large Language Model) APIs to opt-out of model training.
Your Data is Yours: Inputs sent to our systems (prompts, documents, databases) are used solely for inference (generating the answer/action) and are never used to train base models like GPT-5, Claude, or Gemini.
Zero-Retention on Third-Party APIs: We use enterprise endpoints that enforce zero-day data retention wherever possible.
2. Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Architecture
We do not build "Black Box" autonomous agents for critical functions.
Gatekeeping: Any agentic workflow capable of "write" actions (e.g., sending emails, deleting records, transferring funds) is architected with a mandatory human approval step unless explicitly waived by the client.
Audit Trails: Every decision made by our AI agents is logged in an immutable, timestamped ledger accessible to your internal compliance team.
3. Vendor Transparency
We are not an AI model lab; we are an engineering firm. We orchestrate best-in-class models.
Model Agnosticism: We disclose exactly which models are running in your stack (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral).
Fallback Safety: We implement "Router Patterns" to ensure that if one provider goes down or changes its privacy policy, your system can switch instantly to a secure alternative.
4. Security by Design
PII Redaction: We implement middleware layers that detect and redact Personally Identifiable Information (SSNs, emails, phone numbers) before the data leaves your secure environment.
Row-Level Security (RLS): Our vector databases respect your existing user permissions. An AI agent will never reveal data to a user who wouldn't have access to it via a traditional dashboard.
5. Accountability
